El próximo jueves 4 de abril, se anunciará la lista de ganadores del Critics Choice Super Awards 2024. Los nominados aparecen a continuación.
Este es el cuarto año que dicho certamen se lleva a cabo. La primera entrega se realizó en 2021, de manera virtual, a consecuencia de la pandemia de COVID-19.

La Critics Choice Association, responsable de los premios de mismo nombre, creó una versión alterna para celebrar a lo mejor en las categorías de ciencia ficción, fantasía, comics, acción, videojuegos, horror y animación, en los rubros de cine y televisión, con un total de 25 categorías.
Según Joey Berlin, CEO de la Asociación, dichos premios fueron ideados para “reconocer la genialidad, creatividad y excelencia artística en género que han sido ignorados por otros programas de premios”.
Las películas más nominadas son: Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning (Sentencia mortal), con 5 menciones, seguida de Godzilla Minus One, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, John Wick: Chapter 4 y Pobres criaturas (Poor Things), con 4 cada una.
En televisión, la serie de HBO, The Last of Us, obtuvo 7 nominaciones. Le siguen, The Fall of the House of Usher, con 6; Ahsoka, American Born Chinese y Star Trek: Picard, con 5 cada una; Loki, tiene 4 menciones.
